Meet the Church Leadership

Senior Pastors
Provide spiritual guidance and leadership to the overall church body.  Assure that the local assembly is a place where all can come and worship God, in a non-threatening environment. Serve as a catalyst for others to experience change, growth and engender a desire for relationship with God.

Ministerial Staff
The most important contribution that these ministers make in the house of God is their service to leadership and the people of God.  They carry out the many spiritual and natural functions needed within the church.  Their service and attitudes are critical in creating an environment for God's people to truly experience Him.  Each minister has different roles but all are equally important.

Deacons
These men and women of God make sure that the people in the church material needs are met.  They keep a careful eye upon the congregation to assure that they are not overlooked. Whether sickness, hunger, transportation or financial setbacks.  There are many needs that can arise in a church and it is the deacons, which help the member's access the resources needed for their particular situations.  Whether these resources are in the church or from other sources from within the community, the deacons communicate the answers, to the various natural problems, which arise within the congregation. In many cases, they act as a liaison or database of resources to people in need!
  •   Deacon Larry Caldwell

Worship Leader

The Worship Leader sets the standard of praise within the house of God.  Through close communication with the Senior Pastors, they are able to comprehend the sound that should accompany the anointing in the house of Worship.  Every church has a particular sound and it is the Worship Leaders job to catch that sound from the heart of the Leader and then communicate it to the congregation, via music, songs and prophetic exhortations.  It is through worship that hearts are opened to receive the word of the Lord!  They help to bridge the gap between the place of worship and the heart of the worshipper.

Dance Ministry
Dance ministry interprets the mood of the Spirit of God.  God uses the arts to reach deep down into the hearts of men; and ignite a reaction of praise and excitement for God.  Nothing else captures the attention as dance does.
  •   Sister Wendy Dumpson

Media Department
This department develops tapes, videos and material for members and their guest to listen to and view weekly teachings given by the Senior Pastors and various ministers and guest speakers. This allows the listener/viewer to review information that otherwise might be forgotten. This is also a great way to share the Gospel with others!
  •   Elder Lynn Davis

Church Administrator
The church administrator role is very important in that he/she acts as the facilitator for all that takes place within the church.  They coordinate all activities, and functions.  Disseminate all information to the various departments of the church and they are a very important tool to keep order in the church.  Without the administrator, the church would be very disorganized and incapable of meeting many of its goals both internally and externally.  This is the gift of administration in operation.
  •   Sister Hakima Mobley

Ushers and Greeters
This helps ministry brings the church atmosphere to a place of hospitality and love.  The warmth, compassion and strong sense of order that this ministry offers the house of God, is the key to others having a personal encounter with God.  Many members and guest are able to enter the house of God to worship without restraint because of this group of worshippers.  They make it possible for others to feel comfortable in the house of God.  They are the ones that members and guest alike look to for guidance, from the beginning to the end of the service time.  Whether it is where to sit, where the bathrooms are, direction of giving or if someone needs aid or a child is restless.  They provide gently direction and guidance so that order can remain in the house of Worship.
  •   Mother Annette Dumpson

Armor Bearers
The Armor Bearer serves the senior pastor.  They make sure that they can do their job without distraction.  Many times, they will watch for signs or situations that would distract the leadership from being focused, and they will address those issues immediately.  They pray for their leaders before and after meetings and attend to material issues that others would probably overlook.  This is vital to the care of the senior pastors.

Intercessory Prayer
The role of the intercessory prayer team is to keep this ministry and its members in prayer.  The congregation faces various situations each week.  Some things the members will disclose and others thing will go without mention.  Nevertheless, the intercessory prayer team covers each individual daily, in prayer regardless of the situation.  This is to assure that they remain protected by God and his host of angels daily hour-by-hour.  Sometimes we go through things we cannot talk about, but it is good to know that there is someone praying with you and for you!
  •   Elder Carolyn McCain

Children Ministry
This ministry will raise up a generation for God!  Many young people think that God does not care about them; many of them have no interest at all in God.  No matter what the case may be, God loves young people and he wants them to know this.  This ministry seeks to encourage young people, empower them and to let them know that they can serve God.  They can be young and have loads of fun as Christians.  They can have a victorious life and they can be a witness to their generation!
  •   Pastor Ramona Covington
Pastors Aide
This ministry is to meet the special needs of the senior pastor and his wife.  Many times, it is in the small acts of kindness that come from this ministry that keep them encouraged!  This ministry is bathed in love for this churches leadership.  It is in the many hugs, kind words, smiles, cards and gentle gestures that this ministry has been able to serve this leadership in profound ways!  Many pastors suffer from depression and burnout, but when people truly care about you, it makes a big difference!
