Apostle Robert Covington

Apostle Robert Covington is an anointed servant of God, and author, who loves God and serves the Body Of Christ. His primary focus is to strengthen the local church by making each church and its leadership biblically sound and healthy in their personal lives in every possible way. This call began in 1977, when Apostle Covington was called into the ministry and this experience was like Isaiah 6:1 which says, “In the year that king Uriah died I also saw the Lord”. An encounter with Lord that changed his life forever. His father, Robert Lee Covington Sr. died that same year. He has been mentored by many of God’s Generals. Generals such as Apostle Maurice Johnson, Apostle Theodore Herring, Archbishop Benson Idahosa, Bishop Mack Timberlake, and Dr. Zerubbabel Ebangit.

Apostle Covington, and his wife—Prophetess Ramona Covington were the former pastors of the Upper Room Revival Center in Clinton, NC, before founding Harvest Time Christian Center International Ministry, in June 1993, in Clinton NC. Harvest Time Christian Center International Ministry is now located in Wilmington, NC. During his forty-plus years of ministry, Apostle Covington has mentored leaders and pastors both locally, nationally, and internationally. At one point he mentored over forty churches, teaching and training them for the work of the ministry. He has traveled to Kyoto, Japan to train budding apostles, prophets, and ministers. He has also preached in London, England, conducted intercessory prayer in Hawaii, and ministered prophetically to the King of Togo and other African Kings who had been exiled from their countries and were now domiciled in the USA.

Apostle Covington still oversees several churches and leaders, however he now provides leadership to churches from the East Coast to the West Coast. He also works with other apostolic leaders; which have oversight of works themselves. The scope of the churches Apostle Covington trains reaches as far as the California coast, all along the east coast, and in areas throughout Africa, such as Ghana, Nigeria and Kenya. He trains and counsels apostles with oversight of ministries, men’s homes and orphanages in Latin American countries such as: Mexico, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Honduras and Puerto Rico.

Apostle Covington is the founder of the Harvest Time Christian Center International Fellowship of Churches. This group meets on a quarterly basis. It is a Fellowship of pastors and leaders throughout the US. Additionally, Apostle Covington spearheads a prayer group that meets every Sunday night at 9PM to intercede for our nation and the world.

He is the father of three children, Pastor Latoya Barrett, Crystal Covington, and Robert Covington III. He has three grandchildren.

Apostle Covington is the author of the book Apostolic Impact and the handbook What Has Happened To Me, a ministry tool for new converts.

Ramona Covington
Pastor / Prophet / Teacher

Pastor Ramona Covington is a native of Fayetteville, North Carolina. In her life she has traveled to various parts of the country and the islands alongside her husband Apostle Robert L. Covington Jr., assisting and encouraging him as he ministered to countless believers, leaders and shepherds. Prior to her marriage to Apostle Covington, she attended Fayetteville Community College where she studied Computer Programming, Accounting and Insurance. She later married and gave birth to three children, Latoya, Crystal and Robert Louis Covington the 3rd. During these years Pastor Ramona struggled with many childhood hurts and issues but through it all God’s will prevailed in her life. The Lord cultivated and nurtured her as she ministered to her family and the Lord’s people. She will be the first to tell you she is not perfect, but is being perfected! She stands alongside her husband boldly proclaiming the Word of God, for truly the Lord has been good to her! Through these many years of ministry Pastor Ramona has been privileged to touch the lives of people from a variety of backgrounds. She also provides instruction to women and men struggling with addictions, domestic violence and abuse issues. This is an area she did not ask for but was granted by God as she passed through her own process of healing and transformation. Today she and her husband utilize many of the tools they learned during this season of their lives, to minister to believers and non-believers alike. She has learned that when people are hurting in their lives, they just want the pain to stop. Today she can say with great confidence that Christ is truly the answer for whatever is going on in your life!

Pastor Ramona is not only the Copastor and Cofounder of Harvest Time Christian Center International Ministries, she functions in the office of the prophet and also teaches and trains women in the prophetic ministry. She has many spiritual daughters who are becoming mature prophets of the kingdom. Her emphasis is respect for all authority, and a healthy grounded life. Among her many duties she serves as events coordinator/administrator at HTCC, and on behalf of the HTCC Pastor’s’ Fellowship. She also works with the youth ministry at HTCC. She also has a host of spiritual children around the country.

In addition to all her ventures the Lord has blessed her to be an entrepreneur, business consultant and author.

She is also the proud grandmother of Daniel, Essence and Josiah Barrett. She has been blessed to be married to Apostle Covington for over 30 years, and their love is still vibrant. Yet of all she possesses or has attained in her life, her greatest day was the day she found Christ!
